With the rest I've had of not working, my wrist has had a chance to rest as well. Bit by bit I've been able to draw until my wrist doesn't hurt when I draw. I'm extremely happy and I'm studying to improve my drawings, just need to do a heck of a lot more life drawings. Got a lot of art I owe people I know, I'll be drawing slow, just in case my wrist decides to literally be a pain again.

First thing's first, Shen I can finally get onto that art trade lol!!!!

Something I should have written up ages ago. So I found out why for the past year that my right wrist has been giving me SO much pain. After so many physiotherapy sessions, then a hand specialist and then an MRI, they've found a ganglion cyst in my wrist. Can't do surgery cuz it's smaller than a pea, can't pick up jack without it hurting, can't even TREAT it to make it go away, I've just gotta not aggravate it. With the amount of money we pay our doctors and for all the medical research they do, they can't give an explanation of why the cyst forms or how to make it go away. It just HAPPENS they says.....

Okay so the thing is, when you're young, sure you have a ton of patience, especially when you haven't experienced the outside world, the REAL world. Like before you get a job and have to deal with different kind of people aka customers on a daily regular basis.

It totally drains you, it really does. Especially when there's some really and I mean REALLY idiotic, moronic people that don't know the simplest things like what QUANTITY means. Oh trust me, you'd be surprised at how many don't know.

In dealing with people of course it's common courtesy to answer nicely but there comes a time when people really press on your nerves and you just want to tell them straight out, straight up what's on your mind. Is it really such a bad thing to do? To be blunt with people? Because some people will only get it if you answer them bluntly. Nicey nice is just another way of sucking up to them. Why should we do that instead of getting the respect that we, as humans deserve? It's a give and take world you know?

I used to have alot of patience when dealing with people. But there's only so much you can take of people walking all over you, treating you like dirt. Sometimes, even though you know it's not the best thing, you turn around and give them what you know has been coming to them since day one.

I mean...why hold back? You only live once and why live it biting your tongue when the chance comes that you can let those morons know EXACTLY what's on your mind? Seriously? o_o;;;

So like, everyone's done this...why am I the only one who's been too lazy to? Well I wasn't gunna even though I really enjoyed this year. Um...didn't see a point really? But i'm a bandwagon person xox;;; if other people are doing it, then I must too!!!! If everyone starts heading to sea and jumping off cliffs, THEN I MUST TOO!!!!

...okay maybe not, but I'm such a sheep X3;;; SO ANYWAY!

- silly girl turned up late but must have amused, and I mean this, EVERYONE at DO with her awesome "OBJECTION" screaming~ I loved it, laughed everytime, it was freakin awesome, wish I had that kinda courage!

Can't believe you know Chiritsu~ XD Omg Felis is so bubbly that I just had to buy something from her, love the little kyuubi x sasuke mini poster~ And to the person who was sitting next to you that I bought the Dgrayman mini poster off, I LOVE IT!!! I was hunting around for a good Dgrayman art, yours was the only one I liked best~

But I bought a ton of stuff, mostly artbooks, although looking back, I have to say I'm loving =matsuo-lenn's artbook, it's already taught me so much already! My main reason for buying artbooks is so I can siphon the skill out of it bit by bit and apply it to my own drawings. I've been studying folds, anatomy and poses from Lenn's book solely out of all the artbooks I've gotten. Her artbook was the most expensive but DAMN can I say it was worth every damn cent! I mean sure you can see the artwork up on her DA page but it's so much better having the hardcopy. Portable you see 8D There's alot of other things I wanted to buy but sadly I reached my pocket's limit XD

So I *cough*sorta* manned a table at DO along with my fellow Black Star Studio art friends , and and was selling our group sketchbook and keychains and the leftover stock. xOx;;; OMGSOMANYGREATARTISTS!!!!!! Our sketchbook paled in comparison so we didn't do too well there. Also sold keychains that me and made together, and it sold pretty okay. Note to self, next year, make more little itty knic knacs~

Also sketched some at the event and shocked to find that I was way better and way faster than last year. Last year it took me a whole day to freakin spit out a chibi! And this year I did a Kakashi x Sasuke LOL, and I think two other more pictures for people that bought the sketchbook. OKAY~! So minus the weird ranty journal I had before I deleted it and then the last journal entry before that which was in April yey long ago... life's been great! Things have finally settled down (thank you God...) and I'm finally back on gaia doing some warm up free sketches before I go back to my art shop to do the art I owe...which I know is alot >>;;

I wanted to do more SX manga panels too but the energy to do that has kinda died and I'm also wanting to change the art style. A few things I want to work on as I practice drawing...

- folds. MEW GAWD am I terrible at them and shading them as well! I want to improve this
- art style! I want to do more bishoujo anime bodies, mine are just leaning too realistic.
- Eye style. My default style I keep falling into out of habit. If I actually try to make a good art style, it comes out pretty good
- clothing varieties. I'm serious. I'm not too good at coming up with cool clothings. I've never been much of a designer although I give myself points for trying.
- SPEED! Omg a freakin SNAIL could draw faster than I could! It took me a whole day at doujin overload to draw ONE FREAKIN CHIBI! I die inside at the thought of my annoying perfectionism slowness. Another reason why I'm going gaia sketches, trying to time myself to just draw faster and faster and spit out the damn sketches. Does it even look like I'm improving??? I only see lil bits of improvement...

Okay, doujin overload stuff since I mentioned it and it reminded me of what I'm doing. This year? No SX stuff made. Why? Cuz I wanted to concentrate on getting the story organized. But this year my group Black Star Studio has created a sketchbook, members of which consist of =Rinree, ~MrDigby, =Onna-giri, ~Jez-rain and =Sunchildkate

Five pages of sketches in it from all of us, will be on sale at Doujinshi Overload, I'm gunna be jabbering onto all the randoms that dare pass by my tables to steal their DA page off them so I can stalks and friends them and hopefully shove a sketchbook onto them >D Oh! And an extra added feature, buy the sketchbook off me and me will sketch a picture for you in the back of it! There's a blank page on the back which has been reserved for drawing free sketches in it for peeps if they buy our sketchbook!!!!! SO BUYS IT! And if you do want us to draw something specific for you, please provide a reference picture for us if you want like...a Sasuke picture drawn in it. Twill only be a sketch, at least from me and Digby, I can't do traditional colouring on the spot if my life depended on it ahahaha...not too sure if Jez or Kylie will be up to sketching for ya, but beg em and maybe? XD

Oh and of course =Onna-giri won't be at doujin overload, she's in america...a bit too pricy for her to fly over for a day XD; I'll have leftover stock as well, bookmarks, doujin and of course getting rid of the last yaoi calendars, just ask me for a calendar and I'll gladly hand it to ya. It's got pretty yaoi in it if you don't want to use it anyway LMAO!

Might have new keychains depending on on whether =Onna-giri and I can get them done in time, so cross your fingers. Hopefully so because Onna is drawing them and trust me when I say they SO PURDY!!!! I think that's all I needed to update this page on. Needed to get rid of the old journal anyway.
